The My Wigram project located in western Christchurch is a large residential complex. It comprises 64 units across 28 – 2 or 3 storey buildings. Enlightened Fire Solutions initially provided fire design guidance at the primary stage to ensure the architectural design of the total project met the fire requirements.

Being involved in the design process early, allowed the design of large open plan living units and ensured that the total project was designed to maximise the use of space as well as keeping building costs down.
