​Enlightened Fire Solutions can provide Construction Monitoring services for most projects. This provides the Owner and Council independent verification that the construction of the fire safety aspects of the building have been completed in accordance with the approved fire report in the consented plans and the Building Code. 

We will provide on-site visits to the construction site usually on a milestone basis during the construction phase of the project to ensure that the work is being completed in accordance with the consented plans and specifications. 

Once the building is complete, we can issue our Producer Statement (PS4) to confirm that the fire aspect of the building work is in accordance with the consented plans and building code.
