20 Customhouse Quay is a multi-storey 17,500sqm office development located in a prime location in central Wellington. We worked hard with all partners to provide as much fire design flexibility as possible which allowed for a seismically advanced building, floor to ceiling glazing and to be able to incorporate a number of sustainable criteria that enabled the building to achieve a 5 Star Green Star rating.

Enlightened Fire Solutions design enabled the building owners to have different uses of the building such as hospitality, retail, office use and car parking. This project shows that no matter the size of the project, we can handle it.
