The Bert Sutcliffe retirement village is a complex that comprises of 3 main multi storey buildings ranging from 6 to 9 levels that provides different types of care ranging from independent living to a hospital and dementia care as well as an indoor swimming pool, spa, gym, beauty and hairdressing salon, movie theatre, library, car parking and a café.

We worked with Ryman to ensure that the buildings and all facilities are safe and compliant whilst ensuring it is treated as a person’s home.

We have worked with Ryman over a number of years on many of their villages around New Zealand.
